As my love for matcha deepens, I had to make the perfect cup for my drink. I always make matcha's for my friends when they sleep over, and I try to tell them my recipe but they never write it down. Now they, and all of you, can have my exact matcha recipe to make the most delicous matchas.
all of my matchas I use a digital scale to get it right every time.

here is the full breakdown:
- hot water at 170 degrees (fahrenheit)
- for my powder, I use a ceremonial blend. my favorite brand is Naoki (but that could change in the future)
- for ice, I use a regular ice tray. nothing fancy.
- for milk, I love the Oatly Barista blend. I get it at my local whole foods at a pretty good price.
- for sweetner, I use any generic vanilla syrup. you dont have to spend a ton of money on syrup
**for a little extra umph to your matcha, add some cold foam on top!!!**
